تعد استمارة التسجيل الإلكتروني حجزاً مبدئياً، وقبولاً للشروط الأحكام الخاصة بالمؤتمر من قبل الباحث. ويجب إتمام عملية الدفع بعد تأكيد قبول الملخصات. ويتم قبول الدفع الإلكتروني فقط.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Submission of an online registration is regarded as a firm booking and acceptance of the terms and conditions. Payment in full must be received at time of registration. We accept online payment only.

The personal information supplied in connection with this booking will be held as a record of attendees and interested parties. By registering for this conference, the parties concerned are agreeing that the conference organizers may use that personal information to contact them by email, telephone or fax, in order to supply information relevant to this conference, or about other conferences, events and opportunities in the future. The organizers may also share this information with its partners and event sponsors in order for them to contact the participants about other products and services, which may be of interest to the participants. DELIVERY POLICY

The price of the conference entitles the participants to attend the conference and receive the benefits described in the conference website. The above participation fee does not include travel tickets, hotel accommodation, and visa fees.Any further questions about the conference can be addressed to: educonf@squ.edu.om

الانسحاب وإلغاء المشاركة

يتوجب على المشارك الذي يود إلغاء المشاركة إبلاغ اللجنة المنظمة كتابيا عبر البريد الإلكتروني. وتجدر الإشارة بأنه لن يتم استرجاع رسوم التسجيل في حال الانسحاب.

CANCELLATION

Any delegate wishing to cancel their booking must notify the organizing team in writing. Registration fees are non-refundable in case of the cancellation.
