أهداف المؤتمر:

1. الكشف عن الرؤى المعاصرة والمستقبلية في علم النفس بالظروف العادية والاستثنائية والتي ترتبط بالأفراد والمجتمعات..
2. إلقاء الضوء على جهود الباحثين في المجالات المختلفة وبالظروف العادية والاستثنائية.
3. نشر الوعي بقدرات الإنسان  في الظروف العادية، وفنيات تعامله مع الأزمات في الظروف الاستثنائية.
4. التعرف على الرؤى المعاصرة والمستقبلية في العلوم المختلفة التي ترتبط بمجالات علم النفس، وتستفيد من نظرياته وتطبيقاته الساعية إلى تعزيز السلوك الإنساني في الظروف العادية والاستثنائية.
