تعليمات المشاركة:

1. أن تكون فكرة البحث، الملصق، الورشة من ضمن  أحد محاور المؤتمر.
2. تقبل البحوث المكتوبة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
3. أن لا يكون البحث منشورًا أو قيد النشر أو قُدم في مؤتمرات سابقة.
4. أن يتوافر في البحث الأصالة والمعايير الأخلاقية والمنهجية العلمية الصحيحة.
5. تخضع البحوث للمراجعة والتحكيم من قبل اللجنة العلمية للمؤتمر.
6. أن يتم إعداد ملخص البحث وفق قالب المؤتمر (اضغط هنا  https://shorturl.at/Ce4rM  ملف وورد).
7. أن يتم إعداد العرض التقديمي وفق قالب المؤتمر (اضغط هنا https://shorturl.at/gkNZZ   powerpoint).

9. الالتزام بالتواريخ الخاصة بالمؤتمر.
10. ستكون المشاركة حضوريًا وعن بُعد.
11. توفر مجلة الدراسات التربوية والنفسية في جامعة السلطان قابوس فرصة نشر بحوث المؤتمر وذلك بعد مراجعتها وتحكيمها وفق شروط النشر بالمجلة.  

• تتضمن رسوم المشاركة أعلاه حصول المشارك على ما يأتي: ملف المؤتمر ، وكتيب المؤتمر، وشهادة المشاركة، وجبات خفيفة ووجبة الغداء طيلة أيام المؤتمر، بالإضافة إلى رحلة لزيارة بعض المناطق السياحية .
• لا تتضمن رسوم المشاركة أعلاه تذاكر السفر، والإقامة في الفندق، ورسوم التأشيرة.

• The topic of the research paper, poster, or workshop should align with one of the conference themes.
• Conference languages:  Arabic and English.
• The research should not have been published, under publication, or presented at previous conferences.
• Research papers should meet scientific and ethical standards.
• Research is subject to review by the conference’s scientific committee.

• The Journal of Educational and Psychological Studies at Sultan Qaboos University offers an opportunity to publish conference research, following review and arbitration according to the journal's publication criteria.

Conference registration fees

• The above participation fee includes the following for the attendee: a conference folder, a conference booklet, a participation certificate, snacks and coffee break,  and lunch throughout the conference days, in addition to a trip to visit some tourist areas.
• The above participation fee does not include travel tickets, hotel accommodation, and visa fees.
