The overall objective of this conference is to bring together leading Biomedical scientists and researchers to exchange and share their experiences in all aspects of Biomedical Sciences.
The specific objectives of the conference are:
1. To open a platform for discussion on common interests and procedures of the foreseen cooperation in the GCC countries to come up with constructive recommendations to build up a GCC network of Biomedical Scientists.
2. To shed a light on the current situation of the Biomedical technologies in the GCC countries with special references to the adopted laboratory accreditation system undertaken by each GCC country.
3. To provide a forum for developing the human skills and technical capacities within the different Biomedical disciplines in the GCC region.
4. To foster and conduct collaborative interdisciplinary research within the GCC countries.
5. To provide a premier interdisciplinary platform for Biomedical Scientists to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in their fields of expertise.
6. To provide a forum for identifying the common obstacles facing the Biomedical field in the GCC countries and provide a creative approach for overcoming these obstacles.
7. To identify the centers of excellence in the Biomedical fields within the GCC countries and establish the approaches on how these centers may help in upgrading the other centers within the GCC countries.
8. To benchmark the Biomedical Sciences in the region.
9. To discuss and establish the bases for the Biomedical Society within the GCC region.
