The Scientific Committee invites you to submit your abstract for the upcoming conference.

Submission Method:

  • Submit your abstract through the form below.
  • The corresponding author will be provided with an email feedback if his/her abstract is accepted.
  • All accepted abstracts will be for poster presentation ONLY.
  • The presenter of the poster is expected to register and attend the conference to present his/her work. There will be poster evaluation during the conference and there will be awards for the top 3 posters.

Subjects of interest:

Wide scope of women’s health care areas will be accepted including:

  • Basic science research related to Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Preventive women’s health care (including screening and vaccination for gynecologic cancers)
  • Endocrinology and Reproductive health (including infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss)
  • Minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
  • Obstetrics and Maternal- Fetal Medicine
  • Gynecologic Oncology
  • Urogynecology

Abstract size and format:

  • Submission language must be English.
  • The maximum number of words is 250 (excluding the abstract title and author names).
  • Abstract text should be formatted in the following way:
  1. Title, authors (The presenting author to be in bold). The affiliation of all authors should be mentioned including for residents
  2. Abstracts of Clinical Research studies and Brief Communications (max. 250 words) should be clearly divided into four sections: 1) Objectives; 2) Methods; 3) Results; and 4) Conclusion. Reviews, Case Series/Reports should have a narrative abstract in a single paragraph (max. 250 words)
  3. Abstracts should be typed single-spaced – minimum size 12 point. Please use Arial, Times New Roman or Symbol fonts
  • Sources of funding (if any) should be indicated at the bottom of the abstract
  • Use standard abbreviations only and place any unusual abbreviation in parenthesis after the full word the first time it appears
  • References should be kept to a minimum (up to 3) and consistently presented in Vancouver (numbered) style

Poster Guidelines: 

  • Poster size 90 cm Horizontal x 120 cm Vertical dimension. All posters must be in Portrait Format ONLY
  • The different sections should be physically distinct from each other, and labeled with headings
  • Choose a font that is easy to read, e.g. Arial
  • The print size should be minimum of 40 point or larger for the title
  • The abstract texts print size should be no smaller than 24 point
  • Color graphics should provide enough contrast to be seen well
  • Avoid printing the poster as smaller sheets/papers mounted together
