•    Papers will be presented orally or as a poster.
•    Abstract/Papers will be sent online at icpp@squ.edu.om
•    The people who will make a presentation must register to the conference.
•    Only full-length papers will be published in the proceeding by University Journal [Journal of Agricultural and Marine Sciences (JAMS)] 

•    The abstract submission text files are in Microsoft Office (.doc, .docx) format.
•    The title of the abstract uses bold Helvetica 18-piont font while rest of the text
     (name, affiliation, abstract, key words) uses a Palatino 12-point standard font with a 4-16 point leading (space between lines) on A4. 
•    The abstract of the paper follows the structured format includes a single paragraph (<300 words)
      and contain information about Introduction, Objectives, Method, Results and Conclusions. Write full name of all authors and use
      symbols/numbers in superscript to identify the affiliation of each author,
      also underline and mark as bold of the presenter name along with email and contact number. 
•    The corresponding author needs to be identified clearly. 
•    Four to five keywords should also be provided in the same format except keywords heading should be bold.
•    Abstracts will only be accepted from the online submission system via the conference website.
•    For acceptance of abstracts, the author who will make the presentation should register to the conference.
•    Papers that are accepted will be published in conference proceeding, for full-length paper follow guidelines from
     University Journal website https://journals.squ.edu.om/index.php/jams/about/submissions#authorGuidelines
 

·         Poster should design by selecting A0 size, according to the template provided
·         Posters should include introduction, material & method, results, discussion and references sections and be
          divided into three vertical columns.
·         At the top of your posters, there should be SQU logo, presentation title, author names, affiliation and Email addresses.

•    A session will be planned for similar topics.
•    The duration of the oral presentations will be 20 minutes.
•    For oral presentations prepared by using PowerPoint program, 15 minutes’ presentation and 5 minutes’ question-answer should be planned.
