Abstract Submission & Registration

1.  Abstract submission deadline is January 21, 2024.  (CLOSED)

2. Registration Deadline is February 4, 2024. (CLOSED)

3. To submit an abstract please use the abstract template and use the link Abstract Submission Form for ICM-SQU2024 to upload it.

  • Acceptance will be notified within one week of submission.

 

Oral Presentation

The conference will consist of plenary lectures (45 minutes) and contributed talks (25 minutes). 

Registration Fee

     For Regular Participants:

  • Early Bird Conference Registration (till December 31, 2023) = 40 OMR (~100 USD)
  • Conference Registration after  December 31, 2023 = 45 OMR (~120 USD)
  • Participants from Oman = 20 OMR (~50 USD)
  • Free for SQU Faculty and OMC members

For Students:

  • Conference Registration = 20 OMR (~50 USD)
  • Free for Postgraduate Students from Oman
