Introduction  

The Sultanate of Oman and the Russian Federation represent two civilizations with profound historical legacies and considerable global influence. Contemporary global transformations, emerging challenges, and ongoing reforms act as key drivers for strengthening bilateral partnerships, aimed at fostering sustainable development and mutual prosperity. Both nations demonstrate a strategic commitment to cultivating comprehensive collaborations across diverse developmental sectors, in alignment with their national objectives. To facilitate such engagement, multiple channels of dialogue and cooperation have been established. Within this context, the present conference has been designed as a platform to consolidate these partnerships by convening academics, researchers, policymakers, and business leaders.
