Registration & Abstract submission guideline:
- Registration fee: (1) 60 OMR with abstract and presentation, (2) 80 OMR for participation only (without abstract), (3) 30 OMR for students without paper acceptance, and (4) free for those students with an accepted full paper.
- Your 2-page abstract submission must be written in English using the official Word template.
- All submissions must be received by our Easychair platform by June 30, 2025. Please designate the relevant track to your submission in the submission page.
- After review, all accepted abstracts will be assigned to the final conference program after confirming the registration and payment of all presenters.
- Please use our templates for your oral or poster presentations. Oral presentation is 15 minutes (12 talk + 3 Q/A): keep the 1st flyer slide, fill the 2nd slide with title and author information, and edit technical contents from the 3rd slide and on. Print hard-copy poster (A0 size) in advance by yourself.
- Authors with an accepted abstract can submit a half-length proceeding paper [template download] and a full-length journal paper [template download] by Dec. 1, 2025. If you submit both papers, make sure the topics are different to avoid copyright issue. Accepted conference papers will be collected in a proceeding book published by Springer with Scopus index . Full-length papers will be recommended to the special issue with Journal of Groundwater Science and Engineering (https://gwse.iheg.org.cn/)
