PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The conference aims to bring together worldwide experts, researchers and academics from universities and research organizations to present their work and to share experiences and ideas on the application of Numerical Analysis and Optimization, and to promote scientific exchange and discuss possibilities of further cooperation, networking and promotion of mobility of senior and young researchers and research students.

The conference will feature lectures by keynotes and invited speakers, and will provide the opportunity for regional researchers to contribute and present their latest work.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Submission of an abstract and to complete registration online is regarded as a firm booking and acceptance of the associated terms and conditions. The booking will not be confirmed until full payment of registration fees has been received. We accept online payment only, and please note that all transfer charges must be met by the sender.

PRIVACY POLICY

The personal information supplied in connection with this booking will be held by SQU as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for this conference, the parties concerned are agreeing that the conference organizers may use that personal information to contact them by email, telephone or fax, in order to supply information relevant to this conference, or about other conferences, events and opportunities that the organizers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. The organizers may also share this information with its partners and event sponsors in order for them to contact the delegates about other products and services which may be of interest to the delegates. If you do not want your details to be used in this way, please contact SQU by letter or email to confirm this.

CANCELLATION

1- Any delegate wishing to cancel their booking must notify SQU in writing the latest by 1 Dec. 2025. Cancellation charges will apply as follows: - Up to 1 Dec. 2025:  bank transfer fees incurred – After 1 Dec. 2025: 100% of paid registration fees - non-arrivals are liable for 100% of paid registration fees

2- In the unlikely event of the program being cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to SQU, event hosts or any other individual associated with the event organization.

3- In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organizers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organizers, liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to SQU, event hosts or any other individual associated with the event organization. Under these circumstances, the conference organizers reserve the right to refund the fees paid minus a 25% administration fee.
