Abstract Submission
A person wishing to participate in the conference with a talk needs to submit an abstract (in either Latex or Word) by e-mail to nao@squ.edu.om as early as possible. The abstract needs to summarize the talk/paper with a maximum of 200 words without including mathematics symbols. It should be related to the conference theme and stated in order as follows. The title of the talk, Author(s) (with mark * for the Presenting Author), postal address (with affiliation), email address of the corresponding author, the abstract, and a few keywords.

Attendee registration is made through this website.
The registration is required for anyone wishing to attend the meeting (available places, particularly for those outside Oman, are limited). A person wishing to participate in the conference should fill in the registration form
here as early as possible and pay the fee based on the following.
For Regular Participants
- Early Bird (till November 10, 2025) Registration Fee: Omani Riyal (OMR) 40 (or US$ 104).
- Registration Fee after November 10, 2025: OMR 45 (or US$ 120).
- Registration Fee for students: OMR 20 (or US$ 52).
- Free for Invited Speakers (IS), SQU Faculty members (SQUF), SQU students (SQUS), OMC members, and Special Cases (SC).
- This fee covers access to all presentations, the conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches.
- This fee is not refundable.
- Additional fee for Tuesday banquet dinner: OMR 20 (or US$ 52).
