Terms of Academic Participation

    • The abstract should be related to one of the conference themes.
    • The research should demonstrate originality, soundness, and objectivity and comply with the recognized methodological requirements in scientific research.
    • The research title should be clear, precise, and coherent with the content of the study (written in bold font size 18, using Simplified Arabic font).
    • Joint scientific papers are permitted, with a maximum of three researchers.
    • Under the research title, the name or names of the participants should be listed according to their contribution to the research (main researcher followed by co-researchers), including their affiliation, country, and email address (written in Simplified Arabic font size 12).
    • The researcher should not mention their own name or any of the researchers’ names within the research.
    • The research should include an abstract in Arabic and another in English. For non-Arabic speakers, only English abstract is required.
    • The research should not have been previously published or presented in full or in part at any scientific symposium or conference, and it should not be extracted from a thesis, dissertation, book, or any other document.
    • The research should follow the proper steps and procedures of scientific research.
    • The research paper should be limited to a maximum of 20 pages, with an average of 25 to 28 lines per page. The text should have single-line spacing and utilize the Simplified Arabic font, with a font size 14 for the main body. Main headings should be in bold with a font size of 15, while subheadings should be in bold with a font size 14. Research written in English should follow the formatting guidelines, using Times New Roman font.
    • The research should follow the APA Style for documentation, and the presentation of tables and graphs.
    • A thorough language review and adherence to punctuation marks should be ensured.
    • All research papers submitted are subject to double-blind peer review.
