Call for proposals

The Center for Preparatory Studies at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) invites you to submit proposals to The Oman 22nd International ELT Hybrid Conference on The 21st Century Language Classroom: Challenges & Opportunities. The conference aims to bring scholars and practitioners in academia to share best practices and explore innovative ways of teaching and learning in the evolving context of ELT. The conference will also host a special symposium on the other General Foundation Program components (Math, IT and Study Skills). The conference welcomes original empirical as well as theoretical research-based submissions.

The Oman 22nd International ELT Hybrid Conference to be held on March 8th and 9th, 2023 (at SQU and online) will have international plenary, keynote and featured speakers. 

Proposals in any of the following areas are highly appreciated:
