Regular Registration

  • If you have submitted a presentation proposal, please wait until we inform you about the status of your proposal.

  • If you are intending to attend without giving a presentation, please click on the Registration Procedure tab above.

  • Please note that only those with accepted proposals can register as presenters.

Registration entitles you to:

  • Access and participation in the on-line ELT Program (Keynote speeches, Featured speeches, thematic presentations and workshops etc.)

  • Oman ELT Conference proceedings (only for Virtual authors)

  • Certificate of participation or presentation


Registration does not include the following:

  • Fees for the Certified Workshops.

To register for the conference please do the following:

  • Fill in the registration form. 

  • Please make sure you read the “Methods of Payments” section below. 

  • Please make sure you provide us with correct information and accurate spelling and capitalization. We will be using the spelling you provide to print your certificate and name badge.

  • If you are a student, please scan your student ID card and attach it to the form.

  • If you are paying by direct deposit, please scan your bank receipt and attach it to the form.

  • If you don't want to complete the form and send it at once, you can save it to continue and submit at a later stage. You will be asked to provide an email address to receive a resume link. Please make sure you go back to the form at a later stage to resume. Please note that we don't check incomplete forms.

  • We only process submitted forms via our website.

  • Before clicking the SUBMIT button, please ensure all data entered is accurate.

  •  emYou will receive an automated confirmation email containing the information you sent to us. If you don’t receive the email, please send an email to eltconference@squ.edu.om or call 2414 1645.

  • Please note that we only accept forms that are submitted online and accompanied by payment or proof of payment. Forms received with no payment or proof of payment will be annulled within two working days.

Presenters Registration Fees:

After receiving a confirmation of acceptance, presenters are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of 35 Omani Rials. The completed registration form along with payment should be sent by 19th of January, 2023 to secure a presentation slot.

Methods of Payment:

All payments should be made in cash or by direct deposit into the conference account only. Payments can be made only in Omani riyals.

Direct Deposit:

Payment should be deposited to the conference bank account stated on the registration form. Upon depositing the registration fee, please do the following:

  • Write the deposit transaction number in the speciļ¬ed box on the form.
  • Upload your scanned copy through the form by clicking the “Browse” button. (If you are using a mobile device with a camera to fill in the form, once you click the “Choose file” or “Browse” button you will get a number of choices that depend on the Apps installed on your mobile but one of them should be your camera. You can select your camera and take a snapshot of the bank receipt that will be uploaded automatically. Please wait for the file to upload as it may take some time if you selected high resolution settings in your camera and your internet connection is slow).

Please note that you are required to cover any bank charges and to account for any exchange rate differences. It is your responsibility to ensure that the money we receive into our bank account is the same as the appropriate fee. Please read the following information carefully before completing and submitting the registration form:

  • Deadlines will be strictly adhered to. The fee payable is the fee which will be applicable on the date your form and payment is received. If payment is made through direct deposit into the conference account, the date of transaction receipt must be prior to deadlines.

  • Opportunity to publish your papers in the conference proceedings (presenters and registered participants)

Refund Policy

Presenter registration fees:

  • after receiving a confirmation of acceptance.

 Participant registration fees will be refunded as follows:

  • In case you are unable to attend the conference and ,therefore, need to cancel your registration, please be advised that your request for cancellation should be received by the 2nd of March, 2023. You will be refunded the full amount you have paid. However, the refund of your registration fee will be processed one month after the conference dates.

  • Any requests received after the 2nd of March, 2023 will NOT be accepted

Consent to Use of Recorded Images and Audio

By registering, presenting, attending, or participating in the conference sessions, keynote meetings and other activities conducted by Oman ELT International Conference, you agree to allow Oman ELT Conference to record, reproduce, and distribute your image or voice in photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, and any other methods of reproduction now and in the future.

  • Please ensure that your registration and payment are sent well before the deadlines. If you are registering close to a deadline, we recommend submitting the registration form online with proof of payment as soon as possible. 

  • Payments or evidence of payments must accompany the registration form. No registration will be accepted without full payment.

  • An email of acknowledgement will be sent to you within one week after receiving your registration form and payment.
