General Notes
Conference Program
- The code after the title refers to the session code - CW: Certified Workshop; P: Paper Presentation; W: Workshop.
- Names and titles are detailed here as received from presenters.
- The program is subject to change. Any changes or cancellations will be announced during the conference.
- Workshops and Papers run concurrently. Please note that each session is scheduled to run for 45 minutes (including Q&A).
- The header of each column refers to the sub-theme the presentations aim to cover.
Venues
- Venues for the Certified Workshops are mentioned only on the purchased vouchers.
- Breakfast is served at the Faculty Club from 08:00 - 09:00 a.m. on both days.
- Lunch is served at the Faculty Club concurrently with sessions from 13:00 to 15:00 p.m. on both days.
- Workshops that require computers are conducted in Computer Labs ___ in the Centre for Preparatory Studies building.
Certificates
- Presenters shall collect their certificate from their session chair immediately after their presentations.
- Participants’ certificates will be ready for collection on Wednesday 3:00 pm onwards. They can be collected from the registration area on the first floor of the Exhibition Hall.
- Certified Workshops’ certificates for both presenters and participants will be distributed immediately after each workshop (if a participant registers for the workshop on site, then the certificate will be printed at the registration area on the first floor of the Exhibition Hall).
