Conference registration and fees for attending in person to present and publish, attending online to present and publish, attending in person without publication, attending online without publication, attending in person only, attending online only, publishing without attending, attending a field trip, attending a workshop, and/or attending a short course: 

* Students must be registered at a university and must submit their university ID.

Payment of the registration fee can only be made online (Online money transfer) using a credit card, visa card, or MasterCard by 15 December 2022 and before the deadline, not later than 31 December 2022.

Privacy policy

The personal information supplied in connection with this booking will be held by SQU as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for this conference the parties concerned are agreeing that the conference organizers may use that personal information to contact them by email, telephone, or fax, in order to supply information relevant to this conference, or about other conferences, events, and opportunities that the organizers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. If you do not want your details to be used in this way, please contact SQU by letter or email to confirm this.

Cancellation

Any delegate wishing to cancel their registration must notify the organizing team in writing. Cancellation charges will be as follows:

• Up to 6 weeks before the event starts: 50% of the delegate fee 
• Less than 6 weeks before the event starts: 100% of the delegate fee 
• Non-arrivals are liable for 100% of the delegate fee.

• All participants must register and pay the conference fees and related fees online before 31 December 2022.
• Before starting the registration and paying the conference fees and related fees, kindly identify your participation type:
  • AP1: Attending the conference in person and publishing in the conference proceedings.
  • AP2: Attending the conference in person without publishing in the conference proceedings.
  • AP3: Attending the conference in person only.
  • AO1: Attending the conference online and publishing in the conference proceedings.
  • AO2: Attending the conference online without publishing in the conference proceedings.
  • AO3: Attending the conference online only.
  • AA:   Additional abstract for the same first author.  
  • P:      Publishing in the proceedings without attending the conference.
  • FT:   Attending a field trip.
  • WS:  Attending a workshop.
  • SC:  Attending a short course. 

1- Kindly register and pay your conference registration fees HERE and don’t forget to send your receipt at iceset-23@squ.edu.om for further process. It is preferable to use the online to pay the conference registration fees. 

2- If you encounter any issues to proceed the online payment, after your registration, you may use the below bank details to transfer the conference fees and don’t forget to send your receipt at iceset-23@squ.edu.om for further process:
