Poster Proposal Submission

 The form must be submitted online. If you save a form to continue later, please make sure you submit before the deadline (12th of December, 2024). Forms sent by any other means will not be considered. 

Poster Presentation Description:
--  Poster sessions provide presenters the opportunity to convey their findings while interacting with individual viewers, acting as a synthesis of a published paper and an oral presentation.
--  Your poster will be exhibited in a designated space during the conference, authors are expected to be at their poster booth/desk during the session time provided (40mins) in the conference program.
--  Posters will be listed and scheduled in the Conference Programme.
--  A copy of your poster will be displayed electronically in a central location alongside other posters during the conference.
Please take note of the following requirements (dimensions and format):
--  All posters should be written and presented in English.
--  Posters should be created with a balance between text, pictures, and graphics in mind; avoid overloading viewers with too much text.
--  Posters must be displayed in the allocated space for the entire duration of the conference.
--  Posters should be legible from a distance of 2 metres. Use these font size guidelines:

 80 - 150pt, bold 54 - 60pt 36 - 40pt  24 - 32pt 18pt
--  Presenters are responsible for creating and printing their own posters.
--  It is recommended that you bring copies of a short summary (e.g. single A4) of your presentation fordistribution to viewers. This is a good way of inviting and encouraging interaction with conference attendees.
Recommended dimensions:
-- Portrait style: height 130 cm x width 90 cm (height 51 in. x width 35½ in.).
-- Landscape style: height 91.4 cm x width 121.9 cm (height 36 in. x width 48 in. wide)
