REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fees (in US Dollars):

• Regular Participants: $200 (early) / $300 (regular) / $400 (late) .
• Students: $50
• Accompanying person: $100
• Fee will cover conference material, Lunch, Dinner, Drinks and Snacks during the conference.
• 15th October  2019: Deadline for Abstract Submission.
• 30th October  2019: Notification of  abstract acceptance.
• 1st  December 2019: Second Circular and Scientific Program.
• 15th November 2019: Deadline for early registration.
• 30th November 2019: Deadline for regular registration.
• 11th January  2020: Reception 19:00 - 21:00,SQU Faculty Club.
• 12th January  2020: Deadline for late registration.
