REGISTRATION FEES
All the participants are requested to register to the meeting through the link provided below.
The accompanying persons who wish to participate to the welcome reception and to the social dinner are also requested to register by using the same registration form.
Large groups of participants from the same Institution and participants from low-income countries should contact the meeting secretariat (
alsubhia@squ.edu.om) for reduced fees.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
The registration will only be valid upon the receipt of the full payment by the organizing secretariat office according to the deadline indicated
The confirmation of the registration will be sent only after the reception of the correct amount in the indicated bank


CAN​​CELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be electronically mailed (alsubhia@squ.edu.om)

  • Cancellations received before April 20th, 2023: full refund (minus 30 USD handling fee)
  • Cancellations received between April 20th and May 10th, 2023: 50% refund
  • After May 10th, 2023: No refund
