December 15th, 2022: abstract submission opening

March 10th, 2023: deadline for extended abstract submission

April 5th, 2023: notification of acceptance and type of presentation will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author.
Abstracts for which no registration fees are received or at least one of the authors before April 14th, 2023 will NOT be printed in the abstract book and will only be evaluated as poster to be displayed on site.

April 20th, 2023: deadline for early registration fee
From April 21st, 2023: late and on-site fees will be applied

Cancellations received before April 20th, 2023: full refund (minus 30 USD handling fee)
Cancellations received between April 20th and May 10th: 50% refund 
After May 10th, 2023: no refund
