Dear Participant please note that there will be no refund to the registration fee once it is paid. Also, once your talk is accepted please register to be able to deliver your talk in the conference and for your paper to appear in the conference proceedings. Otherwise, your talk will not be part of the conference and your paper will not appear in proceeding.
